The 7-Day Performance Guarantee: We provide a full refund within 168 hours (7 days) of your initial purchase if the course does not meet professional standards, provided the Usage Thresholds below have not been exceeded.
Usage Threshold Limit: Refund eligibility is strictly capped at 10% of total course consumption or the completion of the first module (whichever comes first) as tracked by the Tutor LMS analytics engine.
Intellectual Property Protection Clause: Accessing, viewing, or downloading “High-Value Assets”—including SQL scripts, Power BI templates (.pbix), Python source code, or proprietary datasets—constitutes immediate consumption of the product and voids all refund rights.
Certification Forfeiture: The generation, download, or digital sharing (e.g., to LinkedIn) of a Certificate of Completion signifies a successful conclusion of the service and renders the transaction final and non-refundable.
Subscription Cancellation: For “All-Access” or “Track-based” subscriptions, users may cancel at any time to prevent future billing; however, no pro-rated refunds are issued for partial months or unused portions of the current billing cycle.
Administrative & Gateway Fees: Please note that a 5% non-refundable administrative fee may be deducted from the total refund amount to cover third-party payment processing fees (Stripe/PayPal) which are not returned to the merchant.
Abuse & Fraud Prevention: To protect our community, users who have previously received a refund for any course on this platform, or those found to be “speed-watching” content to bypass limits, are ineligible for future refunds.
Third-Party Lab & API Costs: Any fees paid for dedicated AI sandbox environments, GPU credits, or cloud database hosting are considered “pass-through costs” and are 100% non-refundable once the environment has been provisioned.

If you wish to permanently delete your account and associated learning history, you may submit a formal request to our support email. We commit to responding to all data rights requests within 30 days in compliance with global privacy standards.
