Refund, Cancellation & Privacy Policy

Not happy with your course? We offer a full refund within 7 days of purchase — no questions asked, as long as you haven't used too much of the course yet.

To be eligible for a refund, you must have watched less than 10% of the course OR not completed the first module — whichever comes first.

If you've downloaded any course files — such as SQL scripts, Power BI templates, Python code, or datasets — your refund eligibility is voided. Downloading means you've used the product.

If you've already downloaded or shared your certificate of completion, the course is considered successfully completed and is no longer refundable.

You can cancel your subscription anytime to stop future charges. We don't offer partial refunds for the remaining days in your current billing period.

A small 5% fee may be deducted from your refund to cover payment processing costs we can't recover from our payment provider.

If you've already received a refund on this platform before, you won't be eligible for another one. This policy exists to protect our community and course creators.

We collect your name, email address, and payment details when you register — nothing more than what's needed to set up your account and process your order.

Your data is used to deliver your courses, generate certificates, and track your progress. We also use it to improve our content. If you opted in, we may email you about new courses or updates.

We never sell your data. We only share it with trusted service providers who help us run the platform — like our payment processor — and nothing beyond that.

Your data is protected with SSL encryption across the entire site. Only authorized team members can access learner data, and we keep our platform updated to prevent security vulnerabilities.

You can update your profile anytime from your dashboard. To permanently delete your account and data, email us at info@datasciencehub.cloud. We'll respond within 30 days.
